Are you afraid of creating? Of letting your imagination run wild with the most absurd thoughts, knowing you might be ridiculed for them?

Most people feel the urge to create, to fill the blank page before them, whether with drawings, ideas, crafts, or writing... but most never act on it.

We're not used to intentionally keeping blank pages around us to express our creativity, because we're afraid of the act of creation itself. It feels awkward. That is until you begin exercising your creative muscles.

It's not merely about social media posting or talking for the sake of it. It involves a more sophisticated process:

  1. Observing,
  2. Getting inspired,
  3. Thinking,
  4. Envisioning an idea, and finally,
  5. Expressing that idea.

Open your notebook, drawing pad, or laptop. Go out and compose a song or craft something with your hands.

Keep some empty canvases nearby so you can use your God-given talent for creation.

Until the next one,

J
